About Candace Johnson

 I am a Native of Mobile, Alabama.   I service Tallapoosa County in Alabama.  Specializing in residential, first-time homebuyers, Lots/land and investment properties.  I feel that my multi-faceted experience is a great benefit to both buyers and sellers in the real estate market.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing from the University of South Alabama.  My degree has provided a solid background on which my career has been built. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, I worked over two decades in both the Insurance and Manufacturing industries.  I worked with the PGA and also ATP in the Insurance Industry.  In 2005 my husband and I acquired Spacewall International.  And over the next 20 years I was an integral part of the day-to-day operations in the manufacturing and sale of Slatwall nationwide.  I believe strongly in education, and I take advantage of every learning tool to better assist my clients with their home buying and selling needs.  The Real 
Estate industry changes rapidly at times and staying active and up on changing laws and legislature within out state is a must. I am a member of the Lake Martin Area Association of Realtors.  I have vacationed and visited the Lake Martin area for 40 years and finally relocated on the lake 5 years ago.  I love this area, and I look forward to assisting you with all your Real Estate needs
