Does Facebook have a six-star or seven-star feature? If they do — did — it wouldn’t be nearly enough to show my true appreciation for Rhonda F. Gaskins and her team. It seems like only yesterday she was helping real estate novices sell their first home. Not only did she do so quickly, we received full asking price. So, you’d assume we’d use her to purchase our next home. We did, and again she performed miracles. After being relocated to another part of the country, and having to leave behind a beautiful Lake Martin area home and 10 acres of property, we again called on Rhonda to help sell it. Unfortunately, a few bent on stealing copper from our empty home and setting it ablaze, destroying the home. It was then we saw Rhonda again work miracles. With the bank settlement negotiations behind us, we needed to sell the remaining property. How about she did that in a week, at full price and for cash! Rhonda is not only an amazing realtor and Lake Martin market expert, she has remained a dear friend, checking in on me every so often as children have been born, and other job relocations. Again, if Facebook had an endorsement of more than five stars, it would nearly be enough.
